Beaver's Lures started up as a hobby in 2020. From Bedroom to storefront Katelyn quickly outgrew her space and moved operations into a building her parents used for storage. By 2021, she opened a storefront in downtown Escanaba and launched online sales. Demand for her extreme glow-in-the-dark Trolling Spoons and Jigging Spoons continued to soar. By summer 2025, she upgraded her operations to her own workshop. Beaver's Lures has grown into a family-oriented business, featuring a small team that helps paint, assemble, and package the lures. Beaver's Lures are used by fisherman across the Globe for Salmon, and Trout.
